How It Works

Every job is quoted up front from your photos, so the price you hear is the price you pay. Here is what to expect.

1. Text us photos

Send a few photos of the tub, where it sits now, and where it is going to 612-803-2019, or use the contact form. Gates, stairs, decks and slopes all matter, so show us the path. During business hours you will usually have a quote the same day.

2. Pick a date

We offer a day that works with our route and confirm an arrival window the day before. Nothing to pay up front.

3. We do the heavy lifting

Our crew brings the spa trailer, dolly, sliders and straps. We disconnect the power at the tub, protect pavers and decks, move the tub, and set it level where you want it with the cover and steps.

What is included in every move

• Disconnecting the power at the tub (your electrician reconnects it)
• Removal from decks, patios and through gates
• Secure transport on our spa trailer
• Placement on the new pad or deck, cover and steps included
• Cleanup before we leave

What changes the price

Distance beyond the metro, stairs and steep grades, tight access that calls for sliders or a crane, swim spas and oversized tubs, and disposal of an old tub. We tell you about any of these before you book, never on the day.

Good to know

• Have the tub drained before we arrive, or ask us to add a drain when you book.
• Winter moves are no problem. Drained tubs can sit in the cold; we just ask for a cleared path.
• Dealer deliveries, Marketplace pickups and freight drop-offs all work the same way: send the photos, get the quote, pick the day.
